Starting a blog has been on my to-do list for quite some time, and I'm excited to finally create this space as an extension of my practice.
Mental health is deeply personal, yet so many of us share similar struggles, questions, and experiences. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply trying to better understand yourself, my hope is that this blog can serve as a trusted source of information and support.

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I believe that mental health care is not one-size-fits-all. While medication can be an important and life-changing tool for many people, true wellness often involves caring for the whole person and considering the many factors that influence our emotional health.
My goal is to provide information in a way that is approachable, practical, and relevant to everyday life.
